MILESTONES: Newspaper Feature!

Hey loves!

So I haven’t blogged for a whole week, working on that. Hope you’ve been cool though.

That kinda felt like I’m writing a letter :).

Anyway, last week was a milestone day of sorts for me. I got featured in a leading local daily on a style segment. If you are Kenyan, you definitely know of The Standard newspaper and how big of a deal it is to appear on a whole page.

It was an overwhelming and encouraging moment because it showed that people out there are reading, watching and cheering on. I would be a fool not to thank you guys for making that moment happen.

On to the feature, I was basically showing you different ways to rock black from red carpet, to the office, to the streets, to an evening out. This is just a sample of the looks.

I hope to get digital pics of the separate looks and share them with you.
